I. Notification and Letter of Consent to Personal Information
The Small and Medium Enterprise Credit Guarantee Fund of Taiwan (hereinafter referred to as TSMEG) is required to collect, process and use the personal data and log data you and your dependents provide to organize the 37th Asian Credit Supplementation Institution Confederation Conference (hereinafter referred to as the Conference) and related matters. In accordance with the related law and the Personal Data Protection Act, please read carefully the following notices:
1. Organization name: Small and Medium Enterprise Credit Guarantee Fund of Taiwan (TSMEG)
2. Purpose of Personal Data Collection: meeting management, business exchange affairs, and purposes related to the Conference.
3. Scope and category: name, gender, email, mobile number, photo, and other activity-related personal information provided with your consent.
4. The period, area, users and usages of personal data:
(1) The period within which the personal data can be used: within the period of the Conference, and within the retention period required by relevant laws or regulations.
(2) The area where the personal data is used：R.O.C. (Taiwan)
(3) The users of personal data: relevant staff members of TSMEG and the relevant agencies involved in the Conference.
(4) Usages of personal data: TSMEG will collect, process and utilize you and your descendants’ personal data in the form of digital files or paper records.
5. According to the Personal Data Protection Act, you and your dependents are entitled: (1) to check or review the collected data, (2) to receive a photocopy of the collected data, (3) to supplement or revise the collected data, (4) to cease the collection, processing or use of the collected data, (5) to delete the collected data. If you and your dependents would like to exercise the above rights, please contact TSMEG at acsic37@smeg.org.tw or call 886-2-23214261.
6. You and your dependents can choose whether to provide personal data or not. However, if you and your dependents do not provide personal data or the personal data provided is incorrect, TSMEG will not be able to provide you and your dependents with the relevant services for the Conference.
II. Consent of Use of Portrait Rights and Copyrights
To organize the Conference, TSMEG is required to obtain you and your dependents’ license free of charge to process and use the following items for non-profit purposes in public venues, public activities, website of the Conference, website and social media of TSMEG, television, and public media:
1. Photos as well as visual and audio recordings taken by TSMEG during the Conference.
2. Pictures, photos, images, audios, writings, handouts, and other materials provided by you and your dependents.
This Consent is a non-exclusive license. You and your dependents shall still possess the related rights. TSMEG may not sublicense the rights inherent in the license to a third party without you and your dependents’ consent.
You and your dependents have understood the contents of the aforementioned notices. Your dependents’ consent to the aforementioned notification has been duly obtained.
Do you and your dependents agree that TSMEG will collect, process, and use your personal data, portrait rights and copyrights.
